• Greeting and disability awareness.

• Listening to us and asking questions to fully establish needs.

• Product Knowledge, matching product to our needs, checking availability and Price.

• Offering additional services and Add-on products and closing the sale.

• Communication, Record Keeping and Management.

• Making each customer feel special and the team that give that little bit extra and really "make a difference".
